Every week, year 5 have a spelling test in order for them to develop a profound understanding of the English language and to improve their vocabulary. Whichever team answers the most spellings correctly win the point for the week, these points are then counted at the end of every half-term. The team with the least points give their captain a forfeit. This half-term team Bee were the winners which meant poor Miss Thresh was given a forfeit of 4 pies to the face!
