Article 31- The right to rest and play.

Some amazing year 6 pupils raising money for their trip to London by bag packing at Asda.

They were fantastic and a credit to their parents and to our school.

Year 6 spent some time reading stories to the children in nursery and reception.

Today, lots of fun was had at our Eid party. Eid is celebrated to mark the end of Ramadan; a month of fasting and prayer for those who follow the Muslim faith. It was really great that we all came together to  enjoy music, dancing, games and food and more.

The Big Sing!

We're going to take part in the Big Sing on the 16th June.  The theme is Soul and Motown!

Black History Month

We have been learning about slavery and an amazing lady called Harriet Tubman.  Today we did an assembly about her life and what she did.

Yesterday we went on a trip to the theatre at HOME in Manchester to see the author Daniel Morden perform some of his stories.

Today was takeover day where the children had the opportunity to become teachers for the day.  We had some great lessons prepared by the children.  Well done to you all.  You all did an amazing job.

14\9\22 Today we went on our school trip to Stockport Air Raid Shelter.  We learnt lots of information about World War 2.

WELCOME BACK!! We are looking forward to seeing you all again on the 5th September. 

P.E is on Mondays and Wednesdays

P.E kit should be a  plain white t-shirt , plain black shorts, leggings or joggers and black trainers.
