Road Safety Campaign
Our RRS Steering group and parent group issued a questionnaire to all the parents and carers at home time to find out their views on safety outside school.
The findings from the questionnaire were:
- 80% of parents asked didn't think that outside school was safe at home time.
- Parents wanted to see more safety features in place such as a zebra crossing, parking patrols and better signage.
From their findings they have set up a petition for the school community and friends to sign, so that they can send it to the city council to try and take action.
